How do I select a size?
Our Small size caters to kids ( newborn-3/4yrs)-Depending on the amount of hair
Med-Xlarge caters to the amount of hair one may have
Can the bonnet be machine washed?
Washing by hand is preferred but they can be machine washed using the delicate/hand wash cycle and air-drying or drying under delicate.
How long for shipping?
Please allow 3-5 business days for orders to ship and 10-16 business days for custom orders to ship
If shipped to the wrong address, can it be resent?
Yes if order has been returned to us, otherwise we ask that you please make sure that the address is correct. We do not pay for reshipping unless its an error on our end. Invoice through Paypal for shipping will be sent.
Sorry but we’re not responsible for any returns that get lost in transit.
What is your return policy?
In order to be eligible for a return we need the following:
- The item has to be unworn, unwashed, original packaging with tags attached. We will not accept worn or damage items back.
- If there are any items returned with body lotion, glitter, make up, perfume, or residue on them will also be void for return.
- NaturallyFed apparel reserve the rights to refuse your refund or exchange if your items are not sent back to us in their original condition.
- We will not accept any returns on clearance, sale items please choose carefully.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted we will send item requested that is of equal value.
You have 14 days from receipt delivered date, to return to order and you will be responsible for cost of returns.
